The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has conducted millions of workplace inspections since 1971. Every violation, every penalty, and every accident investigation is public record. We analyzed the complete OSHA enforcement database to identify the employers with the most OSHA citations in America.
The employers on this list aren't here because of a single bad inspection. They earned an F safety grade from Workplace File, meaning they have a sustained pattern of serious safety citations across multiple OSHA inspections.
