Workplace File is an informational service that presents publicly available workplace safety data from the U.S. Department of Labor's OSHA enforcement database. We are not affiliated with OSHA, the Department of Labor, or any government agency.

Nothing on Workplace File constitutes legal advice. Safety grades, scores, and analyses are derived from public records using our own methodology and are provided for informational purposes only. If you need legal advice about a workplace injury, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

Attorney Advertising Disclosure

Workplace File may connect injured workers with licensed attorneys who practice workers' compensation law. This is attorney advertising. Any attorney referral through this site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. Results vary by case. A free consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Safety grades are our own analysis and should not be the sole factor in any employment or safety decision.
