When you submit a case review form on Workplace File, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the state where your injury occurred, and details about your injury timeline. We also collect your IP address, the page URL (including any UTM tracking parameters), and the referring website.

When you sign up for employer safety alerts, we collect your email address and the employer you're monitoring.

How We Use Your Information

Information Sharing

We share your case review information only with licensed attorneys or legal referral services who may be able to help with your workers' compensation claim. We require these partners to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketers, data brokers, or any non-legal third party.

Data from Public Records

All employer safety data displayed on Workplace File comes from the U.S. Department of Labor's public OSHA enforcement database. This data is already publicly available. We organize and present it in an accessible format but do not create or modify the underlying government records.

Cookies

Workplace File uses only essential cookies required for site functionality (such as admin authentication). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@workplacefile.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
